The Beach House

The holiday house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a relaxing pebble rimmed spa with Molton Brown shower spa accessories. Bedding consists of 2 queen size beds, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top, and 4 single beds. Quality linen, doonas and bath towels are provided.

The entire central living area has expansive views overlooking the Western Australian Indian ocean, and consists of fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and servery window with easy access to the alfresco dining facilities which include a built in barbecue on the undercover deck. The dining and lounge areas are beautifully furnished and include reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and a large collection of books, DVDs and magazines for your enjoyment.

A separate "hang-out" area for the children and teenagers consists of a large day bed piled with cushions, a TV, DVD player, toys, games, books and beanbags. The holiday house perimeter is fully fenced and contained.

The laundry is equipped with washing machine, drying rack, clothesline, pegs, iron and ironing board. Additionally there is undercover parking, table tennis, an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt from the beach, and plenty of room in the spacious yard for boats, surfboards and beach buggies.

Best of all, a new recreational boat ramp is located conveniently close to the holiday house.
